Playa Bowls

This was the first Playa Bowls I had ever gone to and after going to several others, this establishment is by far my favorite! The bowls always taste so much more tasty and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend getting your yummy goodies at the Troy restaurant!

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but I continue to be disappointed. The whole point of ordering ahead is for the order to be ready on arrival. I placed an order at 8:07, arrived at 8:30, and it wasn’t even being made yet, despite receiving an email at 8:22 saying it was ready. That doesn’t add up. Their online ordering system is clearly inefficient. While I understand this is a corporate issue rather than this specific location, orders should still be ready when customers receive confirmation. Unfortunately, even when ordering in person, I’ve waited over 10 minutes for a simple bowl. If you need efficient service I do not recommend ordering here.

My daughters and I are obsessed! Delicious bowls, kind staff, clean and tropical environment. I get the coco bowl and add blueberries - you won’t regret trying it. 10/10!
